Pros
You'll probably like the people you work with, people seem friendly enough. Good for a job just out of college. But take your experience and get out of there.
Cons
It's Mississippi, on day 2 working there I overheard another employee saying, and I quote, "The homosexuals are trying to take away our religious rights." Like really? Like yeah, we gays all got together and plotted to take away your religious rights, sure, that's real. Look at Microsoft, huge rounds of layoffs, and not the workers who actually matter. They fired the middle managers, took em right out, and the company made more money without leeches on time/resources slowing them down. Same thing here, bloated middle section of the company coming in late, leaving early, and doing almost nothing other than getting paid much higher than any of the workers who are actually providing your product. High turnover means bad management. But I assume this won't change because CSA is very traditionalist.
