Pros

Starting pay is somewhat competitive and there is a lot that can be learned. Most of the people there are willing to help you learn, and management is good for the most part. It is a company you can work your way up in if you want to stick around.

Cons

Not many notable pay increases. There are the occasional standard raises, but nothing to keep you there. It seems like there is more of an interest in just hiring a new person if someone leaves, rather than trying to get employees to stay. A lot of outdated equipment and systems.

Pros

Good work environment. Always had someone I could reach out to for help with specific things. Good benefits and insurance.

Cons

Was very nice during COVID, as we were mostly all deployed to work from home. Around mid 2021, policies changed to get all employees back at work. Lost all freedom and flexibility provided from a work from home lifestyle.

Normal service Desk work, good bosses and coworkers.

Cons

Usual white glove service problems. Users can be pretty abrasive with little consequence.
