Pros
CTS is growing under the current management team. The President is very approachable and charismatic and takes the success of this company very seriously because he sees it as a way to help his employees succeed in their career objectives too. Training is largely provided and greatly encouraged for our Tech team, often helping pay for certifications and training. Management understands the importance of and greatly supports family. I have seen more than once the comradery at this company reach out to an employee to support them during a tragedy or rough patch. Management is also very selective in finding employees who fit our business model and add to our team rather than weaken it.
Cons
If you lack self-motivation and discipline, you will find it hard to fit in with this group. Each team member has proven themselves to be knowledgeable or willing to learn and done the leg work several times to accomplish objectives. Since the company is selective, the work load can get heavier at times while searching for a new team member but it is worth it and Tommy, the CEO, is very fair about taking care of employees.
