It can be an early start!!

I joined Central FX 3 years ago as my first job after university and have found it a very enjoyable place to work. My colleagues have all been very welcoming, friendly and have supported me always. This has made me feel a valued member of the company. The size of the group fosters a sense of family and togetherness across teams and functions. Needless to say there’s banter, laughs and the occasional singing from certain members of staff. Being in the back office department I have acquired the fundamental knowledge of reconciliations and payments through the guidance and assistance of my manager/team. Central FX we're not afraid to give me extra responsibility and encourage my studies by incorporating Sage 200. An accounting software that has developed my understanding of a career I'm passionate about. There's a positive work life balance. Managers offer a lot of trust which helps you perform to the best of your ability and enjoy your day. It's a great time to work at Central FX!

The business is at a critical juncture, and some crucial business decisions must be made to keep it growing and the standout in its industry. Each day brings new challenges, but if your head is in the right place and you are prepared to work hard, then the satisfaction of genuinely contributing to the success of a business outweighs any negative. When we moved office to Lloyds Avenue you made me eat at Entrocote which only served beef!!! Needless to say I ended up eating the salad and the chips!!
