CentralReach is run by leaders that value and care for their team members. We are not just a number or a person to complete a job, the leaders care about who we are as individuals. They take the time to listen to us to better the company culture and make adjustments to make sure they are doing what is best for the company and the employees. With the remote hybrid model we get to work from home on Monday's and Fridays, while being the office in the middle of the week. It gives us the balance of working from home while still having days in the office to colloborate across the teams. You never feel like you are bothering anyone and everyone works together for the common goal. Leadership is transparent on goals for the year and provides updates on a regular basis so everyone can see the progress and adjustments when needed.

Growth at a fast pace has made it hard to stay on top of hiring leaving some areas short staffed while the HR team continues to hire for open roles.
