As soon as I started working there the vibe was way off. After a week I had been ridiculed by the Team Leaders there twice, and for reasons such as asking a Senior Agent to help me with a call as I was anxious. Staff at the time, was extremely rude and talking behind newbies backs, causing backlash. Same staff that were the Team leaders favorites. They would let certain people have longer cigarette breaks and also would give them extra cigarette breaks on most occasions. After some time I manages to be a Team Leader and this role was provides to me with little to not training at all, put me in the role and expected me to be the best, and would shun me if I wasnt doing well. I was also put on a shift basis and would work as an agent too, however , higher management would ask me to take care of to floor and I would still be paid as an agent, and this was done throughout all the projects with some never being paid as a TL at all even though they had been working as one for months. The pay is horrendous, as a Team Leader the most I ever got paid was 1.2 a month, which is crazy. Even as a CS Agent, not all projects have the same workload and every agent is paid the exact same wage. It is insane to never have a break from calls and get paid the same wage as new agents who only take a few calls for not having been trained fully on this project. When workload was low, everyone was put on stop leave, once work was up again, stop leave was also the case. This never made sense. Leave was IMPOSSIBLE. You will be monitored closely and this os only because this affects your bonuses - which no one ever gets. An email was sent out with how long you should take to pee or poo, expecting you to adhere with the times you actually do your business. HR team have no idea what theyre doing and everyone is completely unapproachable because of the way things are dealt with. Their regulations are way too much and just make you feel constricted.
