Onboarding process lacks significantly in communication, leaving new hires confused and with no support.

This was the worse company I have ever worked for. I did not have any work life balance even though the company claimed this was a benefit. Our supervisor was out of the clinic at least 3 days a week due to illness and none of us received the clinical oversight we needed. I do not recommend working for them.
