Pros
Location My schedule (which I had to apply & wait four months to get Overall job tasks/ non stressful job Learned new things
Cons
No true value system ( I over heard management say to a new hire;" This is the place you gain call center experience then quit & find a better job.) Now that's inspiring. Now new hire start at $11.50 HR We started at $10HR - this company FAILS (in many areas) Doesn't regard your education or professional work experience NON- negotiable pay, just a flat rate across the scale No clear work path No support, workers at elevated levels care not for you & your success (fearful you might one day replace them) No help desk, just floor walkers Unprofessionalism High turnover rate (I suppose to be expected with call centers) Loud Frequent Profanity use No upward mobility No 401K/ discount tickets to say: movies, dining, theme parks, etc. No gift cards No incentives POOR management Favoritism for people who don't even perform well company culture People have worked here for 4-5 years with no raise in 2 yrs People get fired for poor attendance then rehired with in 1-2 months with same pay rate & great schedule , without having to reapply & re-earn it. They should start at the bottom or better yet, non- eligible for rehire Sitting all day/ watched like a hawk/ caged like a bird Drab looking work environment- no window view
