I am sorry that you had a poor experience while you were here, but let me set the record straight for you and everyone else. Hiring employees is an extremely expensive and time consuming process. Having to let people go is one of the worst things we have to do as an organization. There is absolutely no benefit for Centrinex to let people go since we invest so much effort and money into getting the employees here. We only get paid when the CSR's work, so if we let one of you go, we do not get paid.
We try to be respectful of people in the unfortunate circumstance when someone has to be let go. I'm sorry if you felt that you weren't given that respect.
In addition, I can assure you that I do not condone any"cliques" in this call center with the exception of the clique of getting to work on time every day and working hard when you are here. But I want EVERYONE to be in THAT clique!
