Faculty are given leadership opportunities and responsibilities. Supportive senior leadership in terms of professional development. VC and Vice President are approachable and encouraging. Exposure to diverse projects and initiatives.

Weak discipline and accountability culture in many areas. Low salaries and compensations. Favoritism and bias toward those connected to top management. Work-life balance can be poor due to late-night calls, emails and weekend work. Weak Human Resources Department. Unrealistic deadlines and excessive workload at times. Administrative and management inefficiencies. Lack of mutual respect among some faculty and authorities. Rumours, gossip, and communication issues affect workplace culture. Many initiatives are started but not always followed through effectively. Saturdays are full work days.

The positive was very rewarding, as I got the chance to guide students in choosing the right career path, improved my communication and persuasion skills.

Challenges such as meeting high admission targets, working long hours during peak seasons, and handling repetitive and stressful queries.
