      Great name for real estate, positive agent base who understand real estate is a business that requires energy and an entrepreneurial spirit and are go-getters, admins who truly care and are the industry's best, support on the office level that is responsive and energetic

      Cons

      zig zagging organzizational chart that is great at the top, but creates a bottleneck to complete tasks with red tape. Less is more sometimes.
