      Some people are nice, people are for the most part helpful

      Cons

      What you sign on your offer letter is not what it will end up being, and it seems a little tilted so the longer-tenured people end up with most of the commission. it also seems like they talk a big game during interviews but the company wasn't really what they said once you joined.

      Pros

      The team at Century Group is wonderful. They're very eager and competitive. Other staffing firms have recruiters / sales members who are okay with the bottom KPIs.

      Cons

      The culture fit isn't for everyone. There are better staffing firms for individuals who care a lot about feelings and high fives.
