Pros

Nice office, close to New Westminster Skytrain.

Cons

Awful management. Throw tons of work without providing any training and clear directions. Expect subordinates to finish without any questions!

Pros

Benefits package and that's about it.

Cons

Toxic and high turnover work environment; bureaucratic with focus on personality instead of commitment and accountibility. Narcissistic and paranoid senior management with low emotional intelligence that will do anything to protected their high paid jobs. Very inconsistent rulebook and lack of transparency unless you have prior affiliation. You will experience belittlment, gossip, and underminment of your efforts by vindictive coworkers. Stay away if you are a construction or development professional that does not want to be just another brick in the wall. You've been warned!

Pros

Overall a decent company with mostly great staff. Fairly competitive with market and really nice office.

Cons

A few departments are better than others and a few key toxic staff in specific roles can really make or break the culture. A few leads that aren't good managers/don't have the key skills to manage and mentor staff. Also staff and managers that will throw people under the bus to appease their own bosses. Not a lot of workplace flexibility; they say you're allowed to WFH 1 day but it's only an option on Fridays. Some departments have 2 WFH days and it's not a clear or written policy. Thinks diversity means having women on the team.
