under appreciated - Business Acquisition Century Resources Employee Review

I have been in the professional and HR field for a while now and I am thankful for the opportunities Century Resources has afforded me, because they are like no other. It is a solid company with a great work culture! I enjoy the work I do every day and the outreach I do in the community as a part of my job. At CR, we expand the opportunities for schools, students and teachers in helping them raise money. I am a part of that in recruiting top-notch candidates and retaining employees to influence those opportunities. We are a smaller company and I love our family-like atmosphere. Even though we have employees across the country, we are still tight-knit and have a great connection. I love that I am able to travel to see our sales reps regularly in other states. And I enjoy working right alongside our corporate and warehouse employees when they need additional help. The leadership at CR is top notch! We work together to tackle obstacles and create an environment of collaboration, inclusion, and support that allows everyone to thrive.
