Good Tactics, BAD practices - Security Officer Century Security-Deca Program Employee Review

I have trained in many martial arts and am prior service military. I love this job because of great pay, healthcare and they even send a transport for us if our car breaks down. I feel we get great paid training on a weekly basis. We actually protect people and I have been able to stop an abduction of a resident and that was incredible.

I have worked here for over a year and I don’t see anything negative.

Great experience were i had gain a lot of my professionalism and skills working for the company to where it will help me in my future. I did not have security experience and i worked hard to get the top position to have a better life financially.

As salary manager had to work more hours then my body could handle. Understand managers had to fill in when people call off. But I worked too much and missed out on a lot. Hourly employees had more of a work life balance then salary management.
