- Many brilliant and hardworking people developing an interesting and novel technology. - Good benefits and an excellent total compensation package (with some caveats).
Cons
- The organization as a whole is extremely disorganized. - All the worst aspects of a startup, where nothing is maintained or documented, making it a nightmare for customers and employees alike. - Management is stretched thin, causing them to put their employees at the very bottom of their priority list
