Travelling to different branches and helping staff with their induction and annual refreshers. Being able to answer any question they may have.

On Annual refresher not enough time for Manual handling practical skills

Pros

Great to work for an employer that has such a positive community impact and seeing the innovative developments Cera is implementing for a sector as important as Social Care. Fast-paced and interesting projects and challenges to work on, no day is the same.

Cons

Changing priorities and U-turning on decisions can make work frustrating day to day.
