      Fabulous workplace - Feels like having extended family. Management works with a motive of "we always work together and sail together". Ideas are well received, flexible and management has an attitude to listen. Highly capable, committed and strong scientific team.

      Lots of work, promotion is by seniority, not by performance. No transparency in salary and bonus structure. Many good and competent employees have left.
