Pros
I would have said there is a handful of motivated, quality engineers, but by my count all but two have quit. So nothing. Absolutely nothing.
Cons
Pay is fast below market rate, incompetent management, engineers are leaving in droves, really just awful, toxic, culture.. worked after hours without any recognition, seemed to just be expected (talking midnight-7am on a Saturday), don't work here if you're looking for a job in software.
