      Work from home. Average pay. Unlimited PTO and work life balance. Good initial learning curve that flattens within a year or so.

      Cons

      Tension between senior managers was common and very noticeable. Reorg has been going on for too long. Company laid off many people while staying under the radar. Feels like more is coming.

      Lots of work, promotion is by seniority, not by performance. No transparency in salary and bonus structure. Many good and competent employees have left.
