Ownership of the organization is accessible, but completely oblivious and unresponsive to the absolutely BROKEN culture and horrendously poor management.
Cons
There's almost no way to accurately pinpoint all of the cons that exist with this employer. There are so many! The best starting point, I'd have to say is in the clear and evident LACK of competent management. The managers- particularly in the Finance Department- are the absolute bottom of the barrel. They possess zero interpersonal and engagement skills. Training is non-existent unless you happen to be a favorite. Essentially, you're thrown into a pool of miserable, frantic co-workers who feel trapped and apprehensive to seek out help or ways to normalize the culture. There is no HR Department to speak of whatsoever, and if they do indeed exist, good luck finding them! There are no happy employees in this place. I have witnessed long term, tenured employees flee in disgust, only to be talked about openly and indiscreetly in front of other employees- it's unprofessional and disgusting! No need to belabor the reality of this place. Simply put- don't do it! If they contact you, DON'T answer! If you're in dire need of a job, you'd be better off at a Taco-Bell!
