Pros
The starting pay was acceptable.
Cons
No raise at 90 days as promised. Only received a $0.50 raise at a year. It wasn't even the customary 3%.
The owner, Scott, and his son, Ryan, micromanage every department instead of letting their employees do what they were hired for.
They will ask/beg you to take on a project for them, then refuse to make requested changes as needed for safety or other reasons then blame you when problems arise.
Upper management has their favorite employees who can and will get away with anything, and lord help you if you bring any issues with them up to management.
There is no real organization within the company. Noone knows what they should be focusing on because everything is an emergency and needs to be taken care of right now, but no one want to delegate who should be focusing on it, so everyone focuses on it and nothing truly gets done.
