1. Despite having an employment agreement/contract of being a salaried employee, the company will not pay you for company closures due to any reason including religious holidays. When you approach management about this, they will simply say that no one gets paid on those days independent of your employment agreement. Highly recommended to talk to upper management prior to signing on.
2. When there is downtime, the data analyst is required to do warehouse work, days on end.
3. Upper Management is extremely strict on every employee clocking in and out
