      Pros

      Most people were easy to get along and work with.

      Cons

      Leadership is lost and does nothing to better themselves or the company. If they brought in an actual leader and nailed down their product/solution packaging, they would have a chance to succeed but the CEO is a recluse and there is no common goal the company is working towards.

      Cutting edge projects advancing the boundaries of current SOTA industry products / insights Data arrives relatively clean and processed Unlimited PTO, time off is respected

      Opportunity for improving cross-team communication Smaller teams can result in need to work beyond 40 hour weeks near peak deliverable periods / deadlines Some tech can be a consistent point of friction due to lean tooling or staffing of resolution teams when issues do arise occasionally

      Lots of flexibility with working remote. Got to experience a lot of different work tools

      Cons

      When people leave the company nothing is announced. People get laid off around the holidays, too.
