On behalf of Cesium's management, I would like to say that we take these comments very seriously. What I'm reading here is not representative of the overwhelming culture or environment at Cesium. We are, like most people, in a state of continuous improvement for the betterment of our employees.
We have an Employee Satisfaction committee, made up of 4 employees, that meet with all employees at Cesium for a 1-on-1 session and gather feedback on what we can do to make their job and environment simply better. Those comments have been actioned in order to become an even better company. Furthermore, we started a company-wide Profit Sharing initiative a few years ago in order to give back to all our team members something above and beyond their own compensation, commissions, and bonuses. This has been great and we've been happy to pay it out as it's a win-win.
We care so much about our employees, as owners, that we personally read anything sent to suggestions@cesiumtelecom.com. We also have an open-door policy for our employees. I invite you to communicate with us there, even anonymously, so that we can make sure your experience is positive with Cesium. Just like we have done so for the last 16 years to the countless employees we have had the pleasure of meeting.
