Great people, lots of growth potential, fast pace

Cetrom provides a flexible work environment that is fun, challenging, and rewarding. The company is going through an exciting growth period, but we're not biting off more than we can chew. I value our CEO's commitment to not growing too fast to where it affects our staff or our customers. And there are many growth opportunities within the company. Our leadership believes in promoting within and cultivating skillsets. Although we are 100% remote, our team makes a point to encourage engagement across the team through daily meetings. Additionally, we meet in person every year for an all-expense paid weekend trip. Cetrom is a great place to work.

As we are a 24/7 operation and spread out across the US, this does make it difficult to get together in person for a happy hour, company picnic, or retreat, but we do make it a point to get together in person at least once a year.
