Pros
-Free Snacks
- Nice office view, not uncommon to see the whole company staring out the window.
Cons
-Management has deemed physical altercations, shouting at workers, cursing off workers, and threatening workers as acceptable leadership practices.
-"Leads" do not require phone numbers.
-Aging database that has not been replenished in years. Get ready to leave voicemails for 8 hours a day.
-Asked to work during approved vacation time.
-May have to work weekends and nights.
-Sales taken from reps for no tangible reason. Management will fight you over every dollar of commission.
-Policies change with the direction of the wind and are hardly enforced, especially if someone's feeling may be hurt.
-Not enough work to maintain a stable sales force. Saw over 10 different reps hired and fired in my time here due to lack of opportunities.
-Marketing materials are outdated and riddled with typos.
-Fly by night partnerships that yield no results.
-Many valuable team members resigned within a few months of each other.
- Product has MASSIVE technical debt which hinders the operation of the platform. Imagine demoing a product that doesn't work to a prospect.
-Horrible culture based around politics and manager's feelings.
