      The culture is very toxic. Most leaders are narcissistic predators. Bullying and firing is very common in the company.

      The learning curve is good.

      Cons

      people on higher level play politics and get more promotions without making any impact on project and without doing enough work. while people on lower level would struggle to get the promotion and salary hike
