      There are no pros to this company

      Cons

      Hands down the worst company I have worked for. Management is unwilling to change or commit to their employees to provide a safe or reasonable workplace. Corners will be cut and people will get hurt. This will not change until a workplace fatality occurs.

      A place for new technicians to learn and gain great experience to use to further their careers.

      Cons

      Very disjointed company. Upper management offers little to no guidance and only expects results without investment.
