Call center job, but when I left, there was a major shift in job duties. It went from following a script, to having an open discussion without much training, longer calls per hour and no pay raise. If you're okay with a call center job and talking to people back to back for your entire shift, then it's an easy remote job! Although I'm not 100% sure it's remote still if you're within certain cities.
Cons
Would get different directions consistently, have to be okay with someone constantly listening and rating your calls, not a ton of room for other projects or great raises. Kept me on as a temp for six months before hiring me

The pace can be demanding during peak enrollment periods, and success requires adaptability as priorities and processes evolve.
