As a former freelancer, Chameleon Collective offers the autonomy and independence that I've grown accustomed to, as well as connects me to excellent company culture and peers. I enjoy being a part of a group that holds me accountable without the typical hierarchical work structure. Additionally, I don't have to worry about business development as much as referrals from other Chameleons have kept me as busy as I want to be.
Cons
Chameleon Collective isn't for everyone, you need to be a self-starter and have obtained a level of expertise in your core service areas.
