No cons at all for me.

There are absolutely no pros to working here.

Salary is well below industry standards. They don’t hire any senior computer vision/software engineers when the core of their company is computer vision. They intend to straddle new grads with responsibilities meant for senior engineers. They did not pay me my last paycheck and kept ignoring my calls repeatedly when I asked for my last paycheck. It’s a software company and it doesn’t even use git - which is the most insane thing I’ve ever seen. The CEO is rude and doesn’t care about anything other than sales
