      amazing space, very new, excellent facilities. Excellent collection and many very friendly employees.

      Cons

      high turnover, poor management, few benefits, little room for flexibility in schedule, low pay, little room for advancement.

      The staff is professional. The patrons are awesome. It was great to be a immeshed in my community in this way.

      The pay could be higher.

      Pros

      Experience okay. Most of the staff is great.

      Cons

      Management/supervisory staff is elitist. Clickish. Weird dress code oversight (reinforcement of gender stereotypes). Lower tier staff is underpaid for job qualifications and expectations.
