Pros

Pre-SLB, the culture and learning/growth opportunities were top-notch. Very flexible with remote/hybrid work depending on your role's requirements. Wonderful people, competitive pay at the time, approachable leadership and big emphasis on employee recognition.

Cons

SLB lied to CHX employees and leadership, as well as their own employees, about the plan post-close and things have been nightmarish since. HR particularly is hemorrhaging great people with zero plan or opportunity to backfill any of them, which is creating more strain within the "revenue-generating" functions that have come to genuinely partner with HR. Any teams besides Sales and Supply Chain are being thinned out to almost nothing.
