Pros

Great program for children! This company provides over what is "typical" childcare before and after school. We get to have true experiences with the children, their families, and the school you operate in.

Cons

Wow so many! The management puts so many pressures on the front line employees (the people providing actual care to the children) including marketing new enrollments, useless paperwork, non stop documentation of a care givers almost every move. As a director you are assigned so many tasks that continually put you away from the attending to the children while still expecting you to maintain a high level of engagement with the children, families and the school staff you operate it. To add to the demands labor usage restrictions do not allow for ANY time when children are not present (not second of planning time allowed) The management also strongly encourages front line staff to hold marketing or promotional events during non business hours off the clock, basically working for free. No matter how well you produce (how much money you earn for the company) you'll never hear a "great job" instead your always pushed to "stretch more". Working with children is very often a thankless job by nature I think the company would recognize that and say thanks from time to time. Staff turnover!!!! It's bad for the children as well as other employees.
