Pros

Chandelier prides itself on it's workplace culture and strives to provide an atmosphere that embodies quintessential New York, the arts etc. It is one of the few areas in which it excels. There are also some very talented designers, leaders, managers.

Cons

A fully-stocked kitchen and extracurricular incentives only sustain one's interest in what is often a thankless, directionless occupation. Deceit is around every corner, and despite being salaried, your unwarranted exit could be the subject of a meeting taking place just feet away from you. If you manage your expectations, it'll come at no surprise that despite parading around as a small, exclusive boutique agency, the gossip and workplace politics are that or greater of an agency 5 times it's size. There are few if any former employees who have a great word to say about their time at the agency, and even fewer had a graceful exit. I wonder if the fact that many of the enduring employees are extremely unfriendly to newbies and "outsiders" had anything to do with it. It's not uncommon to go several months without getting so much as a "hello" or a smile from the 20-some-odd employees in their open air New York office. Many of the managerial / administrative positions are glorified liars. For some reason the agency finds worth in people being able to bold-face lie to the faces of their peers ( usually about the direction of their position).
