Awful company - Anonymous employee Chanel Employee Review

I was accused of things I simply didn't do, and was humiliated in front of my colleagues. Not a single person stepped in or said a word. It's incredibly disheartening. The guidelines are inconsistent and confusing, and the general atmosphere has become quite hostile. I’ve been met with rudeness not just from the manager, but from several colleagues as well. What’s been especially difficult is the way I’ve been treated because of coming from a less privileged background. I was judged and excluded because of it. It’s been an isolating and deeply upsetting experience at CHANEL.
