You have to use the mall’s restroom facilities, located on a different floor a good walk away. Is that even legal? Unprofessional, disorganized , and incompetent are words I use for the top management tier. How can a non profit treat their clients (all Medicaid) this way and stay open.? They are totally ripping off their clients and could care less. This place needs to be investigated big time!
