Pros
Lots of jobs are 100% remote. The technologies used in development are modern so you gain valuable, marketable experience. The developers I work with are very good. Pay is not bad.
Cons
Leadership is not great - they don’t seem to have a vision for the future. Leadership is very uninspiring. Benefits have been deteriorating over the years and the health insurance is terrible. Product management is also a weakness which leads to sub-par products being developed.
