Cross team communication is improving with new leadership. Processes are improving with the settling of recent acquisitions and restructuring. Free snacks & good location. Friendly coworkers. Powerful PPM tool with a lot of project management and reporting capabilities. Room for upper mobility and internal promotions. Must be a self starter!
Cons
Messy processes having to deal with three different products and upper management having to manage across the different teams for each product. Many unhappy customers because the product itself is aging and could use major improvement. Work load can be high and processes cluttered. Many employees seem really stressed. Nothing very innovative or groundbreaking. Many other PPM tools already offer the same or better. Many layoffs in the past year.
