Pros
At Changepoint, I truly believe that my thoughts and opinions matter, I can count on others for assistance (regardless of their title) and there is virtually no office gossip. It's refreshing. It's also exciting to see the company continue to grow and succeed.
Cons
Coming from Daptiv (which was acquired by Changepoint in August, 2014), we didn't really have a dedicated go-to HR champion nor did we have a team focused on building the employee culture. We have recently added a few people to the HR team, and although it may take a little time to get some new programs, policies and processes in place, it's improving every day!
