Pros

You will like it here if - you appreciate extravagant offsite events - you don't mind bullying towards you or others in your team - you are not looking to make any data informed decisions or work towards a shared company goal (there aren't any)

Cons

Multiple bullies run the show and make all decisions by inflicting scare tactics, singling out of team members, going behind people's backs, and using a lot of gaslighting to hold it all together. The entire product, engineering and leadership team is aware of the issue but prefer to look away because as usual, the bullies are best friends with higher ups. This leads to screaming meetings (have you ever been in a planning meeting where "you just say that because you don't understand anything" or "we know that there are always issues with your tickets, this is just another issue as usual" are common sayings from one team member to others, and are not the worst I've heard) Clearly, no promotions are available unless you're part of "the clique" with said bullies. Employees leaving for maternity leave come back to "leaner" positions with no adequate plan of regaining responsibilities. Health insurance is mediocre at best. If you value yourself, RUN AWAY. It's better to work at Dunkin or IHOP.
