Pros

Never used up any sick time.

Cons

Constant push to drive revenue. Rather than calling a janitor a janitor, they insist on something like landscape engineer. Case in point, employees ARE telemarketing and setting appointments for CROs but management uses weaselly doublespeak to avoid those terms. During training, management will say these aren't bing-bang-boom sales, happening over time, but demanding results yesterday. The post-work meetings are a circlejerk for managers, talking about ephemera with a captive audience. Who cares what formula you're using in Excel to track sales, FFS? Couldn't this have been an email? Meetings are a way of shaming people who don't perform, and when someone finally has something to share with the rest of the team, reps will actively ensure their co-worker doesn't get the appointment set after the call.

- very open and honest with their employees - want everyone to succeed - many ways to succeed and level up - feels like a family - always willing to help their employees no matter what! - such a great work life balance
