      Pros

      There are great people, lots of friendly faces and the culture in technology is still pretty good.

      Cons

      Constant sweeping changes is disrupting and this is creating alot of stress for everyone. The lack of clear direction and miss communication and changing direction also doesn't help. Hopefully in time things will stabilise again. Pay and benefits could also be better.

      They look after their staff if you put in the effort.

      Cons

      Managers tend to promote or keep around the people that make them look good, as opposed to the ones that are the best for the job.
