Cons
This place will drain you, mentally, financially and emotionally. They promise you leads, leads, leads and the potential to make a lot of money. I was considered a "top agent", but the money did not show it. The admin staff is great and the agents have so much potential, but the company is unethical and destructive. They care about the money in their pockets only and they advertise that they care about their clients. The reason they have a good reputation from past clients is because the agents are great people, mostly brand new agents, they do care and do hustle because they are promised something that (they have no idea yet) they won't receive. The turnover rate is so bad there and less than 5 agents have been there longer than a year. Out of 40+ agents, that is sad. I wish the leadership would realize that they have a good business plan to stand out from other companies and be successful, but the way they are running that place, they will quickly crumble. I do hope they make a drastic change in the leadership and start taking care of their clients and their staff as they should. Years from now, it will pay off, but the direction they are going, their pockets and hearts will remain empty years from now.
