Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you experience strong teamwork and collaboration among colleagues, as we believe our people are at the heart of what we do.
That said, we’re genuinely sorry to hear that you feel your concerns are not acknowledged in a meaningful way by senior leadership. Open, authentic communication is something we take seriously, and we recognise how important it is for employees to feel heard and respected - especially when they take the time to share thoughtful feedback. Your comments regarding the use of AI-generated responses are particularly noted. While we aim to use technology to enhance efficiency, this should never come at the expense of sincere and personalised communication, and we shall pass on this feedback to ensure it does not happen.
In the first instance we always encourage our people to speak with their direct managers about any queries or concerns they have at work. The manager can then discuss with their own line manager to escalate the feedback, and/or, where relevant the HR department. It is integral for feedback to be communicated correctly going both ways, whether that’s from the bottom up or the top down, and stress that the best way to see action as a result of feedback is through our internal communication channels.
We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will continue working to bridge any gaps between leadership and staff. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
