Pros

You get to virtually craft your schedule to what works best for you. Lots of freedom. Lord of support when needed. Always open line of communication with higher ups.

Cons

Demand way more of your time then what youre “paid” for. Constant extra phone calls and meetings that pop up last minute. If your part time, no matter if you need to work more hours to complete your stuff or get things ready for kiddos, you can’t go over your time.

Pros

Wonderful mission with proven results. It’s rewarding work, and all of the people I’ve worked with have been kind and care about the work they do.

Cons

Part-Time and seasonal, and it’s difficult to have any job growth. As the company has grown, things have gotten a bit over complicated and over HR’d. For example, they've changed things so that trainings and meetings are paid at a lower rate than the regular hourly wage, and that just feels icky.
