I have been working here at CHARGE now for 4 1/2 years and it’s where I first started my career as an intern. Throughout the years, the company has shown me a tremendous amount of support and opportunities for growth and development, which I have appreciated greatly. Although there has been shifts and changes, I feel like I have been able to grow my role as an HR generalist and expand my knowledge more than I would have ever had the opportunity before at a larger corporation. My team and the company has built an environment where teamwork collaboration, and compassion really do shine through and I enjoy coming into the office and getting to know each and every one of my coworkers.

Although I’ve had almost all positive experience here I think this company does require somebody who’s flexible to change and adapting to new environments. Because of our size, we do have the opportunity to expand your role, but that’s something that you need to make sure you communicate and advocate for. If you’re willing to do that and adaptable to new responsibilities and changes within the company, I think that you’d thrive here at the company.

Friendly co-workers Leadership team is made up great people, they are people you can respect and look up to. That is absolutely not a given these days at most places... Generous benefits, hybrid work available, paid education/trainings. They respect work-life balance and people's personal lives. Inclusive environment, especially so for a construction company. It shows they have put a lot of effort into trying to improve culture. Overall one of the best places I have worked

They have grown so quickly some of their systems can't keep up. Analytics and technology are still behind the curve although they are improving rapidly.
