- diverse team - The team is diverse in terms of age, race, gender and sexuality, which is remarkable for a climate tech start-up of it's size. You can also tell that diversity is part of the ethos of the company, and I appreciate how supporting diversity is factored in nearly all decision making processes. - great culture - despite being a remote company, this is a tight night team that knows each other well. We are very open in learning and supporting each other's work, talking about fun things and asking for help if we need it. We strive to support work life balance and I have seen almost everyone take a vacation at the company at least once. - growth opportunities: the company is very supportive of growth opportunities. Whether it is to learn the work of other teams, giving talks at conferences, participating in accelerators, mentoring interns or getting a stipend for professional development.
