Pros

✅ Pros of Chargeflow Automated Dispute Handling - Saves significant time by automating the entire chargeback process using AI and smart data tools. High Win Rates - Merchants consistently see improved recovery rates compared to manual methods. Seamless Integration - Works smoothly with Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, and other major platforms with minimal setup. Transparent, Performance-Based Pricing - You only pay when a chargeback is successfully won — aligns incentives well. User-Friendly Dashboard - Offers clear, real-time visibility into dispute statuses, outcomes, and financial impact. Strong Customer Support - The team is known for being professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Data-Driven Approach - Uses industry insights and proprietary data to build compelling chargeback responses. Scalable Solution - Works well for both small businesses and large enterprises.

Cons

⚠️ Cons of Chargeflow Limited Manual Control - Since the process is automated, some merchants may feel they lack hands-on involvement in specific cases or responses. Learning Curve for New Users - While the platform is user-friendly, understanding chargeback terminology and dashboard metrics might require a short ramp-up period for those unfamiliar with dispute processes. Currently Focused on Certain Platforms - Strongest integration is with Shopify and a few payment gateways — businesses using less common platforms may have limited functionality. Cost Can Add Up for High-Volume Merchants - Although you only pay on wins, high transaction volume businesses might see noticeable costs over time — albeit usually less than lost revenue from unchallenged chargebacks. Not a Replacement for Good Fraud Prevention - Chargeflow is best used as a reactive tool; businesses still need proactive fraud prevention tools to minimize disputes upfront.

Pros

Good Product Office is dog friendly Sales and marketing are doing a good job pushing this business forward

Cons

The work style is highly impulsive and disorganized. Almost every function, except for marketing, appears amateurish and as if it’s the first time they’re doing it. Burnout is REAL, every single task is top priority, you always behind schedule and you never have time to actually put real thinking and effort into what you do The good people leave, the mediocre stay They expect you to love and live for their company They have a lot of money but dont invest in their employees at all, not in benefits, not in gear not even in cibus (lame budget) It feels like everyone in management do not work well with each other
